At Agrigear's manufacturing facility, rowcrop wheels can be designed and manufactured to cater for tillage equipment such as planters, sprayers and harvesting machines as well as for tractors of all sizes and powers. Agrigear can also modify a customer's existing rims so as to fit rowcrop tyres. Heavy-duty rowcrop wheels can also be manufactured to customer's unique specifications. For rowcrop tyres, AGRIMAX RT-945 and RT-955 rowcrop tyres are available from BKT in many sizes ranging from 16" to 54". The narrow tread on these rowcrop tyres incorporates special features which help avoid damage to the delicate and valuable crops. The AGRIMAX SPARGO is a new 90 series radial rowcrop tyre from BKT. It is a heavy-duty tyre suitable for self-propelled and trail sprayers as well as tractors. This tyre has excellent resistance to soil compaction; its well designed tread contact area with wider and increased number of lugs helps reduce ground pressure and thus better protects the soil from damage and compaction. BKT's MAGLIFT tyre range has been particularly designed for forklifts. It features high load capacity and outstanding comfort. Its reinforced structure eliminates slippage risks whilst the special bead shape simplifies the mounting operations on the rim. The MAGLIFT tyre offers excellent cut and chip resistance which in turn promotes an extended tire life-cycle. The MAGLIFT tyre is available in a "standard" or “lip” version. The tread design is ultimately the same for both tyres, however the LIP tyre differs in its shape at base. LIP tyres offer easier and quicker fitment. The special base design guarantees firm fitment on to the rim without any slippage thus eliminating the requirement of locking rings and flange rings. |
