The Story: One of our recently completed rim reconditioning jobs featured this New Holland 7840. The original rims were heavily worn and rusted, requiring a complete overhaul. To restore them to a clean, like-new finish, we shot blasted the wheels back to bare metal and applied a highly durable powder coat. To complete the transformation, we fitted a new set of BKT Agrimax tyres—420/70R24 on the front and 480/70R38 on the rear. These specific tyres are designed to handle several heavy-duty applications, ensuring this classic tractor is fully prepared for the demanding work ahead.
