Agrigear Tyre and Wheel Specialists made another impressive showing at the National Ploughing Championships 2025, held at Screggan, Tullamore. The 94th edition of this prestigious agricultural event attracted an impressive 225,500 visitors over three days, cementing its status as one of Ireland's premier agricultural exhibitions.

 

 

Weather conditions this year were favourable, though different from last year's exceptionally warm and sunny days. The first day was particularly outstanding with sunny afternoon and evening conditions drawing large crowds. While not as consistently warm as 2024, the rain largely stayed away until some light showers on the final evening, allowing for comfortable exploration of the extensive exhibition grounds.

 

 

Agrigear’s Stand at the Championships

Agrigear once again made a strong impression with its presence at the Ploughing. Visitors to Block 4 – Row 17 – Stand 345 had the opportunity to explore Agrigear’s wide range of products and services. The stand showcased:

• BKT tyres across a variety of sizes and models, fitted on tractors and machines both at the Agrigear stand and throughout the showgrounds, highlighting their popularity and reliability
• Agrigear’s wheel manufacturing and reconditioning expertise and colour selections, demonstrating the company’s technical knowledge and commitment to quality
• Ralson truck tyres were also showcased this year. Representatives from Ralson – Zoran Mancic and Sudhanshu Singh – joined Agrigear’s team at the stand, engaging with visitors and providing expert insights.

The stand was lively throughout the three days, not only with product displays but also with the opportunity for visitors to take part in Agrigear’s giveaway competitions. Thousands of merchandise goodies—including BKT rugby balls, tyre keyrings, caps, bags, and pens—were handed out, adding an extra layer of excitement for attendees.

Team Agrigear on the Ground

The Agrigear team worked tirelessly to welcome visitors, answer questions, and provide tailored advice. Representing Agrigear at the event were Fred Clarke, Managing Director; Ronnie, Damien, Shane, and Barry from the sales team; and Preenu from the marketing team.

Beyond Agrigear’s own stand, BKT tyres and Agrigear-manufactured rims were highly visible across the event, fitted on machines displayed by other exhibitors. This strong presence reinforced Agrigear’s reputation as a trusted supplier of tyres and wheels to farmers and contractors across Ireland.

The National Ploughing Championships 2025 once again proved to be an outstanding platform for Agrigear. With excellent visitor engagement, strong product visibility, and valuable networking opportunities, the event further highlighted Agrigear’s leadership in the tyre and wheel industry.
