Agrigear is pleased to announce the appointment of Gerald McAdam as General Manager, effective from 8th June 2026.

 

 

Gerald joins Agrigear with over 25 years of experience across engineering, manufacturing, and service industries, both in Ireland and internationally. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations and sales within the automotive, lift and escalator, and construction product sectors, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to the role.

Gerald will initially work alongside John McGauran before succeeding him in the position. John has played a significant role in the successful development of Agrigear over the past 27 years, helping to establish the company as a trusted supplier of tyre and wheel solutions across Ireland.

Commenting on his appointment, Gerald said:

I look forward to being part of such a capable and successful team and to working closely with our OEM customers and nationwide dealer network, while also partnering with key suppliers."

Managing Director Fred Clarke welcomed Gerald to the company and expressed his confidence in the experience and leadership he will bring to the role as Agrigear continues to develop and expand its offering to customers across Ireland.
