BKT’s strategic roadmap is anchored on three primary growth pillars:
- Strengthening Leadership in Off-Highway Tyres (OHT)
BKT will continue to solidify its presence in key Off-Highway segments—agriculture, mining, industrial, construction, and more. Building on the success of its agricultural range (a good benefit for Agrigear’s customers), the company will also expand its portfolio of rubber tracks, with a dedicated new production facility expected to be operational by late 2026. - Expansion of the Carbon Black Business
With a strong foundation in the carbon black market, BKT is scaling its production capacity from 200,000 to 360,000 metric tons annually. This includes developing speciality and advanced carbon black grades, catering to both tyre and non-tyre industrial applications. Carbon black is a fine black powder composed of elemental carbon, which has great use in the production of tyres and other rubber products. - Entry into New Tyre Categories
BKT is venturing into the Passenger Car Radial (PCR) and Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) segments in the Indian market. While this expansion focuses primarily on domestic sales, the innovations and manufacturing scale will likely enhance overall product development for global distribution in the long term.

BKT has already established itself as a trusted brand across 163+ countries, with over 3,600 Off-Highway tyre products in its portfolio. The new roadmap aims to expand market share in America, India, and selected global regions while maintaining a solid presence in Europe.
